Setting Goals: Be the Captain of Your Life

No matter what goal you want to reach, whether it’s business or in life, achieving it can start with simply making a list. A list of the things you want to accomplish in the next year, 5 years, 10 years, or in your life. Think about what is important to you? What, if you were to accomplish them, would make you feel fulfilled and give your life meaning and joy? The secret to then getting what you want, is to take each item on your list and break it down into manageable steps. Try to stay with 5 steps or less. If more than that is required, you might want to break the goal down into parts, so no one part requires more than 5 steps. Make sure the steps are measurable and you give yourself a time limit.  Without these, you are just wishing. Having goals in life gives us a reason to get up every morning.  And celebrating regularly, makes it all worth it! What’s stopping you? Go get that list started now!

Read the blog "Setting Goals: Be the Captain of Your Life" and start with a plan and keep a track of your goals.

What's Your Relationship with Money?

Money - Every success minded business owner wants it, BUT not every business owner wants to work for it, ask for it or even acknowledge it. There are times I get pushback for bringing up this topic. “LoriAnne, money isn’t everything!”

Of course, it’s not, but money is in every aspect of your business and unless you acknowledge it, pay attention to it and ask for it as a business owner, you will make making money hard for yourself.

If you solve a problem, have a clear and compelling message and ask for the sale, you will build your business and money will show up in your bank account. It can be that simple.

If you ignore money, do you think you will see the opportunities to make money in your business?  Unfortunately, no.

We are always presented with opportunities, creative insights and intuitive nudges about how to grow our money in business but if you are not paying attention, if you don’t recognize them, they will move on to someone else.  The relationship you have with money will determine much of your success in your business, especially for the first few years.

To have a good relationship with money, read the blog "What's Your Relationship with Money"

Are you crunching numbers in your business and not seeing the profit you hoped for? What is eating you up inside? Do you find yourself doing everything for everybody else but you? These are the kinds of things women come to the eWomenNetwork International Conference and Business Expo for.  It is the place where women entrepreneurs from all over North America and other countries let go of all they think they know, and open their arms to receiving what they need to know.  Besides the people you connect with at the conference, there is so much to learn from our world-class speakers. Sales is something you either love or hate as an entrepreneur. If you hate it, you’re in trouble.  But there is a way to to transform your sales revenue from the comfort of your own couch (or car). B-Blueprint A-Action N-Nurturing K-Knowledge

To know about the B.A.N.K. Code in a Nutshell, read the blog "Transform, Take Action, Move Mountains from Your Couch" and learn to use these personality traits to help you grow your business.
