Why Should you Quit Multi-Tasking?



There is always a temptation to do much more at once in our busy lives! Many people have mastered the art of multi-tasking, when employees are expected to do more with less! People believe that it saves time, because we live in a culture where being busy is dubbed as we are successful!

Multi tasking is beneficial at times- and might be praised by your boss, but the truth is this splits your brain into two, thus dividing your attention among multiple things! This prevents you from allocating your time and attention to do an excellent job and it can make you more susceptible to errors!
