Have you ever wondered what it would be like to do something you think is impossible? "Impossible" means something different to each person - it could be a business goal or a physical goal. Growing up I was never athletic, so simply running a mile seemed impossible. An Ironman® triathlon is widely considered one of the hardest endurance races, so even attempting it was out of the question. But one day everything changed. I took a vacation that set a series of events in motion, culminating in me at the finish line of Ironman® Wisconsin.
In this session you'll hear how I went from not-very-active to Ironman® finisher, in the process redefining what's possible.
