Networking can be scary. CNN American Hero, Sandra Yancey, created her company in 2000 for women entrepreneurs who struggled with networking. Over time, she developed 3 key “X” words for networking to help get the conversation going. Sandra explains that networking must be intentional and strategic, “What may look like a coincidental meeting to the rest of the world is part of an intentional effort of navigating through the networking process, which is to converse, connect, collaborate and create.”
