We all have "valid reasons" that we don't do the things we say we are going to do. Whether it's starting an exercise routine or losing weight. Or maybe starting or growing your business. Maybe you just want to clean out your junk drawer. But we don't do it! Why not? Excuses stand in our way.
You don't want to admit they are excuses. You refer to them as "valid reasons". Not enough time, not enough money, not enough knowledge, or I can't get to the gym. But when you want something bad enough, down to your very core, and you can see it, feel it, taste it, and touch it, you can accomplish it.
