Blessing and Releasing Your Customers



As a success minded business owner, you might have come across a situation where you might had to fire a customer due to some reasons. It might have been hard enough for you to let them go. This is called "blessing and releasing."

Blessing and releasing your customer or people who does not seem to be interested or involved in your organisation is counter-intuitive.  Many customers/clients have a hard time informing you directly that they are not interested in getting involved with your business. Hence, it is critical for you to understand and read the signals from the customer who is trying to tell you "NO".
