Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by emotion that something or someone is harmful or likely to cause pain. This emotion holds a lot of people from walking to the path of achieving their dreams.
A bit of fear is normal! Every has experienced it in their lives. When you let your fear over-power you and hold you back, this is where the problem comes!
